Genii Mini Calendar collects the following data:

• Your Google account email address
• Information about the Google Calendar you choose to connect
• OAuth credentials (used to access your calendar)

2. Data Usage

We use the collected data only for:

• Creating and managing appointment events on your Google Calendar
• Checking your calendar availability
• Syncing appointment information to your calendar

3. Data Storage

Your OAuth credentials are securely stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager with encryption protection.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Data Deletion

You can disconnect your calendar at any time through the Bot settings page. We will immediately delete the associated credentials.

You can also revoke access at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.
